Matt Britton is known throughout the advertising industry as an expert in social media marketing with a unique & deep domain expertise in the Millennial generation. Matt currently serves as founder and CEO of New York-based MRY (formerly Mr Youth)—a world leading social media and youth marketing agency. Since founding the agency in 2002, MRY has worked with some of the world’s leading brands—including P&G, Microsoft, Coca-Cola, & Visa —to help them connect with today's rapidly evolving and highly elusive consumer. Matt, 37, has grown MRY from a one-man startup to a company with over 600 employees worldwide. In 2009, MRY was named the "Social Media Agency Of The Year" by Mashable. In February 2010, MRY was named one of advertising's 10 most innovative companies in the world by Fast Company. In March 2011, MRY announced the launch and spin-off of CrowdTap, the world's first on-demand brand participation network. AdAge later named CrowdTap one of the 8 hottest startups at SXSW. David Berkowitz is Chief Marketing Officer at agency MRY, where he spearheads marketing operations, directs the agency's communication strategy, and gains visibility for its clients such as Coca-Cola, Visa, and Bayer. Previously, he spent seven years at agency 360i, ultimately serving as Vice President of Emerging Media, having co-founded the agency’s social media practice in 2006 and led the Startup Outlook initiative. He has spoken at more than 225 events around the world, including South by Southwest (SXSW) in Texas, Digital Age 2.0 in Brazil, Crowdsourcing Week in Singapore, and the keynote at Interactive Marketing Summit 2013 in Turkey. He has also been the featured speaker at corporate summits at the headquarters of Google, Coca-Cola, Cox Communications, and About.com. David has written more than 500 bylines for outlets such as Advertising Age, The Economist, Mashable, and Mediapost. He has authored his own MarketersStudio blog since 2005. He has a BA in Psychology from the State University of New York at Binghamton and served on his alumni association's Board of Directors and then chairing the Metro New York chapter. Ian Chee is the chief strategy officer at digital agency, MRY. A veteran digital marketer and strategist, Chee leads MRY's Strategy and Analytics teams and oversees all planning and strategic output across the U.S. offices. He has nearly 15 years of experience in digital strategy, most recently leading planning across all accounts at AKQA NY, including clients such as Chase, Kraft, and Google. Before joining AKQA, Chee led global strategy for Delta, Samsung, American Express, and the Hartford at Digitas as the agency's vice president. He has also spent time driving global efforts at McCann on Intel and living in China leading strategy on McDonald’s in greater-China. In his current role, Chee contributes strategic insight to MRY's portfolio of clients such as J&J, AT&T and Adobe.
As Chief Creative Officer of MRY, Cedric is responsible for the creative output of the agency across New York, San Francisco, London and Singapore. As a member of the Executive team Cedric helps define the proposition of the agency and the strategic vision for the brand. After MRY's acquisition by LBi in 2013, we decided to expand and re-launch as a newly formed agency. The revamped MRY combines the best of LBi, with the best of MRY – a creative and technology agency with social storytelling at the core. In our first year as MRY, we were voted OMMA Social Media agency of the year and Digital Innovator of the year by Mashable. Cedric’s work has been recognized by the One Show, Clios, Webbys, ANDYs, LIAA, Lovie Awards and the 2012 SXSW People’s Choice Award. In his spare time, he co-founded the US Air Guitar Championships and produced Air Guitar Nation, an award-winning feature documentary about the rise of competitive air guitar. He also co-founded, Schmedlines, a popular daily news headline writing competition. Cedric was born and raised in Dublin, Ireland. He has a BA in History from Trinity College Dublin.
Helene De Vries, MRY’s Chief Talent Officer, is focused on translating MRY’s business strategy into recruitment efforts that attract and retain the top talent for the agency. Helene derives no greater satisfaction than seeing careers thrive and grow, and has had a hand in hiring hundreds of employees at MRY across all agency disciplines and levels. Passionate about people and culture, Helene’s mission is to ensure that MRY’s hiring process is best in class. Prior to MRY, Helene spent more than ten years on the executive search side of the business, focused on senior level marketing roles with industry leaders Gundersen Partners and DHR International. Helene started her career in media at DMB&B (now Mediavest) and went on to travel the globe on the client service side with sports marketing agency Millsport (now The Marketing Arm). Helene’s personal passions include actively supporting her kids in their many endeavors, playing tennis with her husband and continuing her never-ending quest to figure out what makes people tick. Helene graduated with a double major in Political Science and Psychology from Union College.
Clare Hart currently serves as the Managing Director of MRY Europe, where her remit is to grow MRY’s global footprint leveraging her unique charm, enthusiasm and determination. Prior to her position in London, Clare headed up the Client Service discipline of MRY in New York, growing business and leading client relationships including Spotify, AT&T and J&J.

Ed is the Executive Director of Human Resources at MRY where he taps his extensive experience in strategic Human Resources leadership to lead the agency’s HR function across their global office network. With a focus that’s centered on his passion for creating “remarkable” career experiences for all MRY employees, Ed oversees the agency’s culture, talent management, succession planning, performance management, training and development, organizational development, compliance, compensation, and benefits. Ed career spans over 15 years of experience building innovative talent and culture programs across a diverse portfolio of companies. A native of Pittsburgh, Ed started his HR career at Bank of America supporting talent initiatives in the Mid-Atlantic consumer division. Ed then rounded out his HR experience at Boston Medical Center where he helped the Chief Talent Officer merge the HR platform of the private Boston University Medical Center and the public Boston City Hospital. Ed realized that his strategic HR talent can be best used in the marketing industry, therefore went on to hold progressive senior HR roles at Boston-based PAN Communications, a public relations firm and Carat Fusion, a digital marketing firm. Most recently and prior to joining MRY, Ed could not ignore the Big Apple calling his name and relocated to New York to take on the role of Vice President of Human Resources at Rosetta, a global digital marketing firm. Ed has a B.S. in Marketing from Florida State University. When Ed is not busy creating “remarkable” career experiences, he’s most likely watching the Steelers or sitting on the beach in Cape Cod!
Avi Savar is Chairman, Founder & Chief Strategy Officer of Big Fuel, a pure-play social media agency. A sought-after industry spokesperson, and author of Content to Commerce: Engaging Consumers Across Paid, Earned & Owned Channels, Avi was named President of the inaugural Cannes Lions Branded Content Jury, is a board member of the Social Media Advertising Consortium (SMAC), sits on the American Express Digital Advisory Board and advises several non-profits’s including UJA Federation and Grameen America, Prior to founding Big Fuel, Avi was a television producer, creating and developing breakthrough entertainment programming for ABC’s “Good Morning America” and networks including MTV, VH1, Showtime, Fox, USA. He was instrumental in the success of VH1’s hit series “The Fabulous Life of….” Avi began his career in the agent-training program at ICM in Los Angeles. A Boston University Alumni, Avi currently lives in NYC with his wife and daughter.
As Executive Director, Client Operations at MRY, Eric leads client finance, project management, and resource management departments, as well as overall process governance across the entirety of the agency. He boasts one of the longest-standing tenures at MRY (employee # 9 to be exact) and has served in cross-discipline leadership roles along the way. He helped lead the integration of Mr Youth and LBi in 2013, introducing new systems, processes, and cross-discipline functions to more than 400 employees. Eric has also guided global expansion and strengthened inter-company relationships within the agency’s network. He’s been a champion of change and has seen every evolution of the agency, from ten employees to hundreds today. Eric’s background as a client service lead has driven his passion for the importance of strengthening relationships at every level. He is a true partner to our clients’ most senior procurement teams and spearheads all negotiations on behalf of the agency. Prior to joining MRY, Eric’s passion for sports led him to the National Basketball Association where he facilitated relationships between key licensees and 50+ retailers nationwide. Yes, he has been on the court with the likes of LeBron and Carmelo, amongst others. Eric has a BS in Business Management from the State University of New York at Binghamton. He loves Oakland Raiders football, Caribbean travels, a good IPA, and most importantly enjoying time with his wife Marisa and the lights of their life, daughters Ila and Sophia.
Kingsley Taylor was recently appointed Managing Director of MRY West. He has been charged with stewarding existing client business for Johnson& Johnson, Visa, Adobe, Stubhub and growing the MRY brand on the West coast. Kingsley, a British native, started his advertising career in London at AIMIA, before moving to G2 to lead the Dunhill account. In 2009, he joined Ogilvy & Mather and served both in the UK and North America (NY & LA) as a global business director. During this time he was part of the Global Business Management team, responsible for driving growth with existing clients including Nestle, Kraft & Unilever and securing new global clients such as Qualcomm. Prior to joining MRY, Kingsley led new business for LA creative shop David&Goliath. Kingsley is a passionate about great design, modern architecture and hiking through the beautiful surrounds that San Francisco affords him. He lives in Marin with his wife and mischievous 2-year old.
David Weinstock, MRY’s Chief Creative Officer, leads the agency’s creative work on Visa, Coca-Cola, and other marquis accounts. Weinstock came to MRY in 2011 from Euro RSCG in New York, where he was a Creative Director, contributing to successful campaigns for high-profile clients, including Dos Equis and Kraft. Prior to Euro RSCG, Weinstock worked as a freelancer in the programming/digital space for eight years, building his reputation as a creative and digital expert at companies including MRM, Sagient and TheKnot.com. Before that, he received a Bachelor's degree in anthropology from the University of Chicago. Weinstock has earned recognition for his work from Cannes, The One Show and the London International Awards, among others.
